Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached and free from any signs of wear or makeup marks.

Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.
Ship the Parcel
Generate your prepaid shipping label or QR code through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
